Those were the days when HMT was on every Indian hand. A legacy that started a long ago. Those days they used to fit citizen mechines , imported from Japan, in the automatic watches. Now they may be assembling it in Bengaluru factory. Automatic wrist watches are most eco-friendly watches. Because they do not need a battery to power them. So no worry about disposal of used battery. These watches are having long life because of use of jewels. The corrossion rate is very low for these jewels. This watch is self-winding. That saves extra work of regular winding every day. It's really great to have this watch on wrist.
