It does screw on to a Mr. Longarm extention handle; www.mrlongarm.com. The female threads are about 1" deep and about 3/4" in diameter.

Is this wide enough to clean a 4" dryer vent pipe if pulled through the pipe?

It is about 6 inches in diameter un-compressed, think it could be able pass through if pipe straight. Elbows>>>not sure ???? I works GREAT for spider webs, just spin it, then spin on lawn to clean web off. Hope that helps

Yes there is no limit to the number of uses, we just shake it outside. You could wash or rinse it off and let it air dry if you wanted it really clean.
