I turn to all of Jane’s cookery books time and time again because I know I can rely on her recipes to never let me down. When I got her first book “Make it Easy” all those years ago my grown up sons asked me if I’d been on a cookery course, they instantly noticed the difference in my cooking. I have already bought two copies of Jane’s Christmas book as I know I can give one away in good faith, I am looking forward to wowing my friends with her Christmas recipes.I have marked the recipes I intend to do first but in time I’ll get round to doing most of them.

A gorgeous book, with scrumptious recipes. A timeline starting in October and immediately removing stress about The Christmas Meal. A book I’ll reach for every Autumn from now on!

This is one of those books that will become your friend in the kitchen. It’s full of useful tips and hints and I think it will really do exactly “what it says on the tin!” The Get-Ahead Christmas Cook. It’s laid out well with lovely pictures and super recipes. Ordered at 2.15pm and delivered the same day. 👏👏

I pre-ordered this book, and was eagerly awaiting its arrival. I have all Jane Lovetts books and this one does not disappoint . Not just perfect for getting ahead for Christmas, but lovely recipes suitable for all year round. The French apple tart is the best and for someone who has never managed to make a batch of edible flapjacks, Jane's recipe is a winner. I have now made them 3 times and they have worked each time! I can't wait to try lots more recipes from the book . This really is a great book and a wonderful addition to my cookery book shelf. I will be ordering more copies to give as Christmas presents! If I could only have one author of a cook book, it would have to be Jane Lovett.
