Hi, I received the bike Friday January 12th around 4pm and took it in the back to unpack and assemble. The packaging was perfect and all of the parts were there just the way it was intended for assembly. Assembling the bike was very easy with minimal effort and common sense. I charged it last night and it is ready to go today!  made the process very easy from the purchase to shipping to assembly and I couldn't be anymore stoked! Thank you very much!

The rear shock absorbers on this ebike are really so comfortable that I don't feel a single bump in the road, so I'm reassured that it's not going to jostle my kids around!

Tea in black has made a master piece!!! I'm 58yrs old and now feel like a young man. The small 14 inch wheels allow my feet to set flat on the pavement at a stop and I can control corners much better. And with smaller wheels acceleration is greatly increased.
