LOVE Liquid I.V. Sugar Free. I'm constantly drinking it with my bottled water. It's very hot here in SC and it help me to stay hydrated and it also keeps me from getting leg cramps. The taste is Amazing and I love the different flavors. It's definitely a good value for my money. Good flavors!
Every flavor was surprisingly good, and they are sweet tasting while being sugar free. You can taste a little bit of saltiness; check the sodium amount if high blood pressure is a concern.
