Very happy with my purchase
As same with some other similar products, this can get very hot if you aren't careful. But this really help during this summer. I believe it definitely helps with some of my pain. Very happy with my purchase.

heats well
I've had back and neck issues since having a fall and my doctor recommended me one of these to help with the discomfort and pain. I got this one and have to say it heats up really well, it's a little small but not as bad as the other reviews make out.

Absolutely useless
I put the neck brace on following the instructions and waited... after about 10 minutes, it started to get warm. After a further 5 minutes, it was rather hot. After 20 minutes of having it on, it was burning my neck, so I removed it. There was no pain relief at all - only a burning sensation that persisted for 10-15 minutes after taking the neck brace off. Complete and utter waste of money unless you want to get a burnt neck.

Comfortable belt
i work mostly on computer and my neck stiff or painful most of the times, but now with this belt i feel more relaxe and less pain, i used two to to three times a day and so far no sight effects.

Magic heat!
This works like a dream! After a few minutes wearing the moist collar, the heat starts to develop and the muscles warm up ready for stretching.An excellent product!

Make sure you take this item off if any burning starts
I brought this item today and it was awful, I put it on and it wasn't comfortable at all I wore it for at least half an hour and I had an erligic reaction my neck went itchy and red rore with hurtful burning, my lips swelled up and went painful, I had to take the neck brace off and wash my lips and neck, I don't recommend this if you do buy it make sure you take it off and wash straight away I toke it off just in time if I had of kept it on any longer It could of affected my throat, I also feel very funny in myself half hour after cleaning.

Not suitable if bigger than 15 collar size
States that there is a 100% refund on return but I was charged £3.99 for a product that would not fit me.Will most likely fit alright for someone with a slender neck.Velcro straps were not long enough for me as my neck size is 17 1/2 inches.

Wear and the end result is great
This really was a good choice I made buying this. It really works well and is very effective. Really comfortable to wear and the end result is worth wearing it.
