Product quality issue Greetings. I would like to clarify that I did not state that the chair is being returned only because it is not comfortable. The return is due to a quality issue as well as lack of comfort. The cushion is extremely hard and uncomfortable to sit on, and the overall product quality is not satisfactory and does not match the description or quality shown on the website. It appears to be a duplicate or inferior product compared to what was advertised, making it unusable for me. Hence, the return reason is performance and quality not being adequate, as originally selected. Kindly proceed with the full refund as per Amazon’s return policy once the product is received. Really good chair. Assembly was straightforward and took me no more than 30mins. Also found it very competitively priced. Would recommend for anyone willing to rest their back without paying a bomb.

I got a a damaged backrest during the delivery. I reached out to support team and they responded quite politely and said that they will ship the replacement part soon. So happy with their after sales service.

Loved the chair, intially had some issue with headrest assembly. But Punit from Seller team helped me to understand and quickly issue a replacement of faulty part. I liked their cutomer support. They were very prompt in resolving issue.
