I have a big (expensive) stand mixer. I have an older, heavier hand mixer. Neither one is easy or quick to use. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to order this one. First, I love the color. It looks great with all of my kitchen stuff. Second, it is very lightweight. So easy to use. No more tired arm from holding it up and moving it around in a bowl. Third, clean up is a breeze. Very simple, washes nicely. When you are done using it, it all fits together with the bottom storage container, snaps in firmly and because of the small size, it stores easily. The last thing I need is another kitchen item that needs a big space to store it in the pantry. I am very happy with my purchase. I have already recommended this mixer to my friend and I would not hesitate to buy it again!

Wow! This is Really a great mixer & a "Big surprise" to me. I read all the reviews on all the hand held mixers on Amazon and none of them had a 5 star rating better than about 80%. Which seems pretty low for similar mixers. This CBQ mixer is Super smooth in operation and pretty light. The low speed is perfect for slow speed mixing and the soft start works well. Doesn't splatter at all. Love the fact it has a thermal safety feature if you were to overload the motor. Our last Hamilton Beach didn't have such a feature and the motor just burned up while mixing chocolate chip cookie dough. Mixer blade eject function is smooth and easy. Love the digital display and 9 speed capability. The power rating seems good at 400W, where as a lot of the more expensive, name brand, mixers were as low as 110W. Burst of speed allows you to easily pull the blades up out of mixed dough and clean off excess mixture from the blades. Like fact the mixer blades are all stainless steel. There were no other reviews of this mixer, so I basically I took a chance that it would work; and it turned out to be a winner! A nice added feature that CBQ should implement is having the mixer snap into the storage base so the base would stay attached when using the mixer handle to lift & store the package.

This mixer is absolutely perfect. Awesome power, and I love not having to bring out my big Stand Mixer all of the time!! I love that it comes with different attachments, and all stores perfectly in it convenient storage container. It is lightweight, with perfect speed adjustments. I didn't notice any smells, or heating up while using it. And the color was perfect for my kitchen. A must buy w an awesome price!!

I got this mixer fo whipping frostings and mixing cakes. This mixer works good and handles these tasks well. The beaters start slow at 1st speed, the speed changes are smooth and the turbo shot is a good and solid burst of speed at your touch when you need it. The motor is pretty quiet at the first few speeds as well. The mixer is lightweight and easy to handle, The operating buttons are well placed and comfortable to use....But.....I'm not quite sold on some aspects of performsnce and build. Alt the higher speeds the beaters get good and fast and the motor feels like it is strong and powerful. But the mixer starts running quite loudly and the beaters get uncomfortably shaky to me at the higher speeds And it's a good looking mixer, great by design, but the plastic housing should be better strength and quality. It's a bit flimsy and gives off a negative impression and causes me to question build quality, especially in comparison to the housing some of the more popular brand name models I've used. Overall, for my needs, it's a pretty good mixer. 'Im not sure how it would handle the thicker cookie or bread doughs, but for light to medium density mixing it does a nice job. The mixer gets my cake mix perfectly blended so my cakes bake up soft and airy and whips up my frostings super fluffy and delicious.

This is a great little hand mixer that has all the mixing tools you need in a great little case. Easy to store for quick access to use for blending a sauce or beating a cake batter. I hardly ever need to get out my stand mixer because this little hand mixer is very powerful and can get almost any job done quicker and easier.

Arrived quickly. it's very cute and easy to use and store. I used it right away to test it. I made body butter with it. This required taking a chilled and almost solid mixture of Shea Butter and other oils/butters and whipping them hard. Its harder than whipping eggs or cream, so this was an excellent test for this machine. it performed very well. I used to make body butter with my previous hand mixer, and it did well for years, but it was a more expensive brand, so I was a bit skeptic about this cheaper mixer and wasn't sure it would live up to the task, but it did. Have to see if this thing will last over time, but so far seems great. If it can whip up body butter, I think it should very easily whip up cream or eggs or cake batter. Will post an update if it fails or rusts very quickly.

This mixer is an excellent value for its price. The digital display and nine-speed options make it a versatile tool for various tasks such as mixing, whipping, kneading, creaming, and stirring. This mixer is nice and compact but it's ability to manage more thicker items such as dough. They do not offer replacement parts. I used mine two times and somehow one of my paddles are missing. So, off to buy another. If someone wishes to purchase my almost complete mixer at a discount, reach out.
