Worth buying
Fantastic sound experience from jbl but i got a defective product from amazon like the smart case battery issue the percentage of the battery suddenly drops and rises unevenly so i reached amazon they gave the contact to reach jbl and jbl gave me the contact to reach jbl service center and then they issued replacement for this product and i got the product and it was fine and excellent the sound is booming and the product is worth buying try it. the sound quality is good and the noise cancellation is fantastic i thought i would miss the AirPods pro 2nd gen but jbl satisfied mee..

The Perfect Earpod for Music lovers
I got it at right time, during Amazon deal for 8k. It's a great steal I would say. The product is so comfortable and user-friendly, ANC is true to the name that completely cuts the noise and might give a pressure. Don't use ANC with only one you might feel air pressure lock as in flight. Sound quality is so perfect.

Defective product and not worth the price
Waste product. Battery case doesnt last fpr one full recharge of buds. Complaints made to amazon customer service and jbl. But no response. No return or refund . Guess Amazon sold defective product

Good sound at a compromise
Sound quality is good. Volume level is good, bass is excellent. No problems in taking calls. The touch controls are good. I havent used it extensively on the go so cant commwnt on battery life, but its still decent. However whenever i am on a call the buds switches to ambient mode increasing the surrounding sound, for example the ac and fan noise are prominent. Another huge negative is latency issue. While gaming there is a delay of 1.5 seconds in sound so if u play competitive games like cod mobile, pubg u are better off with phone speakers than these. Even when watching videos there is a noticeable delay in speech. If you are spending about 10k then i suggest you look for other options else if you just want for calls and listening to music then you can consider this.

Great TWS with lots of features.
Great Product, Hi-Res Audio and LDAC support is great. ANC is Above average. i recommended others to buy a case cover like i did, helps with accidental touchscreen activation. I am not sure about the battery, feels like it drains faster (earbuds), also the right-side earbud drains faster than left side. I got it on a promotional offer, so i think the purchase was worth it.
