Le kit de bâton lumineux MALLRIG RT25 est un vrai game-changer pour les photographes de mariage ! La qualité de la lumière RGB est incroyable, offrant des couleurs riches et personnalisables, parfaites pour créer des ambiances uniques et dynamiques pendant les photos. La poignée de batterie et la barre de porte (barndoor) sont des ajouts vraiment pratiques, car elles permettent de contrôler précisément la lumière et d’adapter facilement l’intensité. Ce qui me plaît vraiment, c'est la polyvalence du kit : tu peux l'utiliser pour des portraits doux et flatteurs, ou jouer avec les couleurs pour des effets plus créatifs et modernes. La lumière est suffisamment puissante (45W) pour illuminer les scènes même en extérieur, et l’autonomie de la batterie est top pour des sessions de mariage longues. Petit bémol : le prix est un peu élevé, mais pour les résultats que tu obtiens et la qualité de l'équipement, ça vaut largement l'investissement. C’est un outil qui permet de vraiment se démarquer lors de photos de mariage ou d’autres événements. En résumé, si tu es photographe de mariage et que tu veux ajouter un peu de magie et de créativité dans tes prises de vue, ce kit est indispensable. Un must-have pour améliorer ta lumière et ton workflow !

Smallrig hat sich mittlerweile echt nen Namen gemacht und das nicht ohne Grund. Diese RGB Leuchte ist super für jeden, der seine Fotografie, Videos oder generell den Content auf die nächste Stufe heben möchte. Der Griff ist rutschfest und hat auf der Rückseite vier LED, die den Akkustand anzeigen. Darauf wird dann die Leuchte gesteckt. Sie ist schwerer als der Griff, würde das ganze aber trotzdem noch als handlich beschrieben. Auf der Rückseite gibts n kleines LED Display, auf dem man alle wichtigen Infos wie ausgewählte Modi, Lichttemperatur und Intensität ablesen kann. Das Licht ist durch die etwas milchige Oberfläche der Röhre schön weich und gleichmäßig. Durch die Torblenden lässt sich der Lichtkegel auch gut einstellen bzw. der Objektgröße anpassen. Eignet sich sogar als Mainlight, wenn mans richtig einstellt. Ansonsten auch als Hairlight oder einfach als Deko für den Hintergrund super in Videos oder für Fotografen zum Betonen bzw. Hervorbringen von bestimmten Bereichen, einer Atmosphäre oder dem eigenen Stil. Ich nutze den RGB Leuchtstab mittlerweile fast täglich für Videoarbeit und würde sie auch jedem, der seinen Content visuell aufstocken will, weiterempfehlen.

UPDATE: I contacted SmallRig, and they sent me a brand-new light. I purchased this in September 2024 and have used it six or seven times, roughly once a month. The light performs well, providing excellent colour and brightness. However, I noticed that it requires the battery grip to be attached in order to reach its maximum brightness. Additionally, the battery grip tends to drain within a day, so I have to charge it a day before using the light. I didn’t find this to be a major inconvenience since I always have external power available. However, in April 2025, the battery stopped charging completely. Despite trying different chargers and cables, the four LED indicators remain unlit.

Comprei esta luz e ela veio com uma das barn doors estragada. Entrei em contacto com o apoio da smallrig e eles enviaram uma nova. De resto é um produto fantástico. Tem imensas opções e predefinições para todos os tipos de necessidades. A intensidade é muito boa e a bateria aguenta relativamente bem. Recomendo

I'm a hobbyist so it's taken a little while to get around to finding a use for this light wand, but once I got it charged up and started playing about with it, I was already thinking of 10 more things I can use it for. It's an exciting little light to use as it's so easy to manipulate and play with. I've been through the settings and you get the regular (although slightly limited compared to other lights) flashing modes like police, fireworks, lightning etc. I don't ever have a use for those but they'd no doubt be good for video in a studio setting. The real benefits of this light for me are not only the static light output but also the barn doors to position and dampen the light, so you can really control the effect, shadows and really dramatise your images. The battery handle is pretty much an essential part of this kit but the light can be powered by anything via USB-C. One problem I did have is that the battery handle would only take about 3W despite being plugged into a 140W fast charger. It didn't start charging quicker until I randomly decided to use the USB-C port on the light itself, at which point the battery handle charged faster. That doesn't seem right to me considering the battery handle is a separate accessory. The biggest pain point though is the price. This is a very expensive light indeed. I feel for some of the things I'd want to use it for you'd need two lights and that would be prohibitively expensive as a hobbyist - but then this is a profesional bit of kit, for professionals who make money from their work.
