We use these for our son whose special needs. They prevent him from removing his diaper. This is a very nice leotard. Soft and stretchy and sizing is spot on.

Best bodysuit for special needs to cover diaper or for other uses ever! They are expensive, but we'll made and wash extremely well. Just make sure you snap them closed before you wash and use cold water.

I had searched high and low for a larger size onsie for my grandson. I finally found CBO Baby. The onsie came today and we couldn’t be more pleased. He is a tall two year so I ordered a 4T. It’s a little big but that’s great! Room to grow. The material is soft and a very nice quality. I’m getting ready to order a few more. What sealed the deal for me is that the company focuses on special needs children. Such a beautiful mission.

These work well for my little guy with autism who likes to 'dig'. I have had to place the onesie over his pants and then snap. He is 3 and weighs 42 lbs. We just went up to a size 5. Yes, they do run long in the crotch but he grew into them quickly. The quality is very good and the colors match the images shown. I just placed a second order, and will continue to place more.
