A must buy for anyone.
Really happy with this buy! My only issue is that I wanted white which would have had to wait another month (which I dont have the patience for) but in hindsight this thing gets thrown everywhere and the dirt would probably show up a lot more. The 20,000 mAh battery storage is fantastic, I charge my Iphone 11 with around 11-15% of the banks power to about 80 on my phone, the trickle mode is also useful if its something that fits your lifestyle but personally Ive yet to use it. The added convenience of a battery bank in general is great, lying down in bed without a charger? Outside playing on the switch? Or even a friend or two with low battery! The whole item feels really high quality and great value for money, beyond functional and any heat temperatures have never concerned me. The cable also feels great and really handy to have integrated and not drag one with you everywhere (which I have to do due to my iphones age anyways) for USB-C devices. I never feel as though I need more battery even though I also have an action camera now too.

I’ve been using the Anker Zolo Power Bank (20,000mAh) for a while now, and I have to say, it has been a game-changer for keeping my devices charged throughout the day. Whether I’m traveling, commuting, or just out and about, this power bank has provided reliable, long-lasting power without fail.Battery Capacity & PerformanceWith 20,000mAh of battery capacity, this power bank is capable of charging my smartphone multiple times before needing a recharge. On average:• Smartphones (e.g., iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, etc.) – Around 4 to 6 full charges, depending on the model.• Tablets (iPad, Android tablets, etc.) – Can charge 1-2 times before running out.• Wireless Earbuds & Accessories – I can charge my wireless earbuds dozens of times without worrying about battery life.Charging SpeedOne of my favorite things about this power bank is how fast it charges devices. Thanks to Anker’s PowerIQ technology, my phone charges significantly faster than with a standard charger. It also supports multiple device charging, so I can charge my phone and tablet simultaneously without a noticeable drop in speed.Build Quality & Design• Solid Build: The power bank feels sturdy and durable, with a smooth matte finish that resists fingerprints and smudges.• Compact & Portable: While it is a bit on the heavier side (expected for a high-capacity power bank), it still fits comfortably in my backpack or carry-on luggage.• LED Battery Indicator: The four LED lights make it easy to check how much charge is left.Pros & Cons✅ Pros:✔ Massive 20,000mAh capacity – enough for multiple charges.✔ Fast charging with PowerIQ technology.✔ Can charge multiple devices at once.✔ Durable build with a sleek design.✔ Reliable for travel, emergencies, and long commutes.❌ Cons:✖ Slightly bulky for small bags or pockets.✖ Takes a long time to recharge (several hours if using a standard charger).Final Verdict: Is It Worth It?Absolutely! If you need a high-capacity power bank that is reliable, well-built, and charges devices quickly, the Anker Zolo Power Bank (20,000mAh) is a fantastic choice. It’s especially useful for travelers, students, and anyone who spends a lot of time away from power outlets. Highly recommended!

Awesome power bank!
Brilliant little power bank had it for around 6 months now. Still using it daily without any issues at all.Charges pretty fast compared to cheaper brands I've tried. Output power is good too I can charge my google pixel 7a from 0-100 in around 1 hour 50 mins using around 25% of the power bank. The built in cable is very handy as it doubles as a carry hook and feels very secure, well built and robust. It also has another usb c port as well as a usb a port to charge mutiple devices at once.I usually use this to power a tablet and a phone for my sim racing rig. It has no problem keeping both devices full whilst in use. I also use it for my quest 3 to charge while playing which works great and extends playtimes to over 8 hours in total, although you will need your own cable as the built on one is pretty short.10/10 all round. For the price I dont think there is a better power bank out there.

Great but one small thing would have made all the difference.
Have several Anker products. Three for several years without issues.Fully expect this to be the same. Fast charging and perfect for my needs and can even charge my Chromebook. The built in cable seems really well made. My only issue is that there is more need of of a pouch due to the glass front part. Some of their other powerbanks without a glass part have one so a bit mystified why this doesn't unless it's shrinkflation. Hard to find one unless you can improvise or just put up with the scratches from daily use or risk from dropping or it would have been 5 stars..

Very good power bank built in cable may be a problem if you break it
Good points1.Fast charge works great2.its small but quite heavy but that's what you would expect3. screen is nice and clear.4. its smart enough to know if you want to charge a low or high power device and regulated the wattageBad points for me1, the cable is built in so if you break the USB-C you cant replace it2, cable length is very short and you cant swap it, so say you want it in a backpack and walk around with your phone out charging forget it the cable is too short (however you can also use your own cable in the in/out USBC port)3, I try to charge this from my large battery storage but for some reason this pack will only send power back to my main storage even on the in/out charge side of the pack it only send power out so it has to be charged from the mains as far as i can tellthe cable thing you can use your own but it doesnt really state this in the instructions so you can use a long usb C from say a backpack using the in/out usbc
