I cant even fathom out how to charge it. The instructions are so basic with no information how to charge it. Do I need to unscrew the teeny screws? Who knows?After a few days wear, I can say the bracelet is not very secure. A low buzz can be heard too which is annoying. I'm not sure I'll wear it long enough for it to take effect.

I can't find any reviews on this and I don't know if it's going to work. I started wearing it on the 9th of August 2024. So far there's no side effects , which is a bonus but only time will tell. I will keep updating over the next month and see if I have any changes in my body as I have alot of excess skin and would love to believe that this watch can help reduce that! I have found that the charging port is on the side , under the rubber band.

You get a cable for battery but cant plug it in.

Could not find where to charge the battery you give the charging cable but no where to plug it in.
