Go Extra-Sticky Adhesive Pre-Cut Kinesiology Tape (Beige)

I use Rock therapy tape for lower back pain as well as knee recovery. The tape supports body areas that need some help. I use this at physical therapy as well as at home when the tape starts lifting. This is sensitive tape which has less adhesive. It will not pull as much when removed. I have used both, regular and sensitive both. Just prefer the sensitive. Can be used for back, knees shoulders but help putting it on is need for hard to reach areas. I appreciate that corners are already rounded which prevents the tape from sticking to clothes. Good in shower and easier to remove when wet, but can be removed at any time. I’ve left it on 5 days but can be removed at any time. Suggested is no more than three days

The best thing created for sore muscles. This is a must. It is worth the money. It stays on 3 days easily with showering everyday. It is very durable. It is very comfortable. It does exactly as promised.

I have used Rock Tape for several years. Given the opportunity, by the tape with rounded ends. And extra-sticky. If you buy the tape with straight cut ends, round the ends off with scissor. This will keep th ends from curling up. I find that the maximum use of the tape is three days. You can shower with the tape on. I recommend buy the tape that is precut to 10 inches X 20 pieces. If you need shorster pieces, you can cut them from one end down to size One saved round, try not to let the sticky sides touch each other.

This sticks better than other tapes I have purchased. Be sure to get extra sticky! And make sure where your using it is dry and No oils or lotion where your using the tape,

This tape is excellent for supporting muscles. It adheres wonderfully and will stay out for days with ease. Highly recommend!

This kinesiology tape works magic on sore muscles! Be careful with the extra sticky when removing it

This Rock tape is definitely not extra sticky. It falls off just as quickly as other brands that I have tried. That said, when it does stick, it works very well at relieving my back pain. I use alcohol pads to cleanse the area after removing the old tape to remove any residue which seems to help a bit but the tape still comes off in a day or two. It's very expensive compared to other brands and I will probably not order it again.

Definitely not lying when they say its water resistant!

The pre-cut strips are very convenient, but… if you need to use the tape in a high friction area, like under clothing such as on your knee, the friction from the clothing rubbing against it will lift the edges. If you don’t want that, buy the extra sticky Rocktape - nothing will remove that except your own fingers when you’re ready to take it off.

Used for taping ACL injury, recut was nice although I found these lifted quickly unlike the other rock tape that wasn’t precut
