Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 1TB, Graphite - Unlocked (Renewed Premium)

I’ve had this phone for over 3 weeks now and it’s great. No glitches, no dents, camera works perfect. Took it to my service provider and had no issues whatsoever

Excellent ~ Perfect Condition; 100% Battery; all apps/phone capabilities function with noticeable speed; beautiful color quality. This particular model was emphasized for the spectacular camera capabilities. That is a very true assessment. The pictures my son takes are “spectacular”. (😊). Unless one is a photographer or specifically interested in photos, this feature may not matter. It was a selling point for me because my son loves photography, was out of state and had an older Iphone without the enhanced camera. All the potential beautiful pictures he was sending looked like pictures I would take (😂🤭 - blurry, dull, rushed, “boring”). Took a chance with this refurbished iPhone. So glad I did. (Had the phone been packaged in an “Apple” packaging, I would have thought it was brand new.) Admittedly, I was nervous after reading some of the reviews. The most important detail I learned through reading SO MANY reviews was: Before doing ANYTHING with the phone, CHECK THE BATTERY. (It matters.) The reviews prepared me for a possible “unacceptable” phone. (Low % battery IS unacceptable btw.) Love Amazon for the easy return policy. This was a “win~win” - Son got the phone he wanted at a price Mom wanted. (Phone still running perfectly ~ Not one problem in 1.5 years) .

I was hesitant about purchasing a renewed phone, but the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 512GB in Sierra Blue (Renewed Premium) exceeded all expectations! Thanks to the Amazon Renewed Premium Standard, the device arrived in near-perfect condition. Honestly, it’s indistinguishable from a brand-new phone. The phone’s physical appearance was flawless—no visible scratches, dents, or signs of prior use. The screen is pristine, and the Sierra Blue finish is stunning as ever. Most impressively, on the product condition page it says battery health is only a few percentage points lower than a brand-new device. With over 95% battery capacity, but amazingly the one i have arrived with 100% battery life I haven’t noticed any drop in performance or daily usage. As for functionality, everything works perfectly. The A15 Bionic chip is lightning fast, the ProMotion display is buttery smooth, and the camera system is phenomenal for photos and videos. The 512GB storage is a massive plus for anyone who likes to store high-res content or large apps. If you’re on the fence about Renewed Premium, don’t be! Amazon’s standard ensures you're essentially getting a brand-new device at a fraction of the price. Highly recommend this purchase for anyone seeking premium performance without paying full retail.

Currently writing this review from my new IPhone 13 Pro Max, I decided to downgrade from the 16, I know it sounds crazy but too much apple intelligence and other gadgets I didn’t need made me regret upgrading in the first place. The iPhone 13 Pro Max is a powerhouse, and Amazon renewed premium was amazinggg, the phone came at 100% battery health, not a single scratch or dent on the camera or anywhere on the screen. It’s been amazing so far and I highly recommend this if you’re looking for an iPhone that does everything like the newer visions but without Dynamic Island or AI. I also have a USB-C to lightening cable so it makes it very quick to charge. Love it.

I bought this device for a relative who would use it in Peru, according to its characteristics this item was completely unlocked. Before its purchase, I was looking for information about what kind of unlock had and I found 3 affirmative answers indicating global unlock (including my country). When my relative tried to use it over there this cellphone was locked by its carrier in the U.S. So we contacted Amazon Support, for some information about it and they recommended solving this issue with Apple Support directly or returning it (the phone is in Peru currently). We called Apple and after 45 minutes, they confirmed that the phone was locked by carrier but it could be used in U.S. only. They apologized because couldn't do anything else because it was Amazon's (or its dealer's) responsibility and they would be able to apply that unlock to be used abroad. I am expecting for the phone to return it immediately. I think the information is not complete or incorrect because I was looking for a good reference before its purchase and here we are. UPDATE 1: I've already returned the iphone. I am expecting for my refund. UPDATE 2: The refund was applied. Finally, I had to go to an Apple Store to buy a new one. Currently, it is working very well and I think after this experience, it is recommended to buy a new one directly. You may waste a lot of time in the whole process.

This iphone came out of the box looking brand new. Completely flawless. Worked great in the beginning, but battery did not last as expected, which I could’ve lived with. Then it started freezing up, and would completely delete anything I had been working on, such as emails or texts. Got to the point where it would be connected to wifi, signal strength etc. was excellent, and the phone showed that, but would say it was not connected to wifi, and would act like it was not connected. Very frustrating, since I would be sitting right next to the router, which is connected to an outlet 3 feet away. I returned it. UPDATE 11/25/2023: Amazon received and signed for this return on October 19th, 2023. They keep giving excuses as to when the refund will be issued. Today, they sent me an email in response to my latest call stating due to strange activity on my account, I need to upload a government issued ID, which will take several days for a 3rd party to validate, and then they will decide whether or not to issue the refund!! I am contacting the Federal Trade Commission.

10/10.... looks great and in mint condition... very happy with my purchase.

Me llegó con un 95% de batería, sin ningún detalle físico, me llegó como si fuera nuevo. 100% recomendado, super confiable y nuevamente, me llegó como si fuera nuevecito.

El producto llegó en la fecha indicada, bien empaquetado. El cargador que viene es genérico así que recomiendo encarecidamente conseguir uno original. De acuerdo a las especificaciones del reacondicionado premium las baterías deben venir con más del 90% de vida. El mío llegó al 92. Por reseñas generales, este modelo de IPhone es el mejor en rendimiento de duración de batería tiene entre recargas. El producto viene en buenas condiciones, pantalla, batería, cámara, bocinas, etc. Lo recomiendo sobre todo si encuentras algún descuento de Amazon. Espero sigan entregando con tan buena calidad.

Les voy a platicar mi historia y espero esto les sirva de referencia, primero que nada, quiero felicitar al vendedor “Electronicity USA” por qué este celular que les compre me llego muy rápido y como nuevo, no le encontré un solo detalle y la batería me llego con 95% de su capacidad, lo cual es un estándar excelente para un teléfono reacondicionado., además el celular esta funcionando sin problemas inclusive se actualizó a la última versión de IOS y sin problemas. De verdad estos señores de Electronicity USA excedieron mis expectativas Anteriormente intente comprar este mismo celular en Amazon pero con el vendedor “BuySPRY”, por favor si ven ese nombre tengan mucho cuidado por que literal me intentaron estafar enviándome un shampoo y el proceso de devolución de mi dinero tardo mucho tiempo y por este detalle estuve muy renuente a volver a intentar comprar un celular por este medio. Espero que esto les sirva para el momento de tomar una decisión de con quien quieres iniciar tu compra.

Llevo unos días con él y todo bien la verdad, me llegó con cargador nuevo de Apple de carga rápida, es lo que más me impresionó aparte me llegó con estética de 10 y batería al 94% que se me hace excelente por su precio, está liberado y todo bien, lo único es que lo abrió aduana, y me dio temor ver la caja así, pero todo excelente hasta el momento, cable cargador original de carga rápida y el celular en excelente estado!
