Excellent!
The netting stretches so if you do not have the exact dimensions to your pond you should be okay as long as it falls within the specs of the netting. It seems resilient enough, although stretchy it is not flimsy. I have attached a pic so you can see for yourself.

NOT 3m WIDE!
The net arrived and needed to be put over the pond to save the fish from herons. It made no difference how much we stretched the net it would not stretch beyond 2m and not as described 3mx4m. I am having to order another net to join together and cannot return this one as 1. we need it urgently and 2. it is wet from the pond water. I will not buy from this seller and will check the size BEFORE I attempt to stretch across the water! BUYER BEWARE!! PS, have bought a net from HERITAGE on Amazon and it's fantastic I would highly recommend you look at Heritage before ordering this one!

A disappointed Heron !
We purchased this to give a strong but unobtrusive cover to our pond. it's totally served its purpose and, with using the small quantity of plastic pegs supplied supplemented with more of our own we have managed to keep the autumnal leaf drop from entering the pond. Being black has meant it's unobtrusive - the huge Heron, which regularly flies over, has been confused & disappointed when it's tried to land and feast on our fish !! Good purchase - which at this size needs 2 people to stretch it out to keep the tension correct - do purchase extra pegs, as those included are far too few to keep the edges tight down and prevent leaves from blowing underneath.

Good but sags
I purchased this to replace some green, thin, nylon pond cover net I had.I did my research and found Hozelock net had the smallest holes of all the nets, so was good for stopping leaves and other debris. You can feel the quality of this netting. It’s robust and well made. The holes are definitely smaller than on the green nylon net. However, it’s not as light in weight, so tends to sag in the middle of the pond.I have my net about 6 inches above the surface of the pond. But when it rains, the net absorbs the wet and although it’s stretched tight, it still sags further. My net ended up laying on the water, which was not ideal.I’m going back to the thinner, green nylon net.

Strong, Effective and easy to place
I have an 8' x 6' pond with stone and slab edging, so I needed the additional size of the 4 x 3 metre to cover everything effectively. I used 4 - 3" x 2" battens with the net lightly tacked to the tops and rested them on the edges - spacing them equally over the pond widthThe additional netting at all sides, I weighed down with stones and it all works like a dream! The netting is a lot stronger than I thought it would be and even through a couple of gales, it is holding up really well, catching everythingI can reach under the edges with no problem to clear out the last of the water lily leaves and it's made the maintenace a lot easier for the winter - yet to come! An excellent product all round

Smaller than described.
I am disabled so our daughter and son-in-law had to travel here to do the work. They spent hours removing rocks around our pond, pulling out masses of pegs and then taking out the old mesh. Then they laid out this new net, only to find that the 3M width was less than 2.5M which meant it didn't fit. They therefore had to cover the pond with bits of mesh and after I ordered a larger one they have to travel all the way here again next weekend to do the work all over again

If you have a lot of leaves falling in your pond I recommend trying this
I have a long T-shaped water feature and during the autumn months I get leaves from several trees falling into the water. It’s a constant battle to scoop the leaves out of the water to avoid the pump getting clogged up with leaves. I couldn’t find a net to fit so I ordered this size and a smaller 3m x 4m to overlap. I had read other reviews that there are not enough pegs and as my water feature is 11m long I ordered a set of metal tent pegs. Two people were needed for this task and I was very glad I had the extra tent pegs and used all 20 (I could have used more and ordered one more set for next year). I also used several bricks around to weigh down the net. It’s been several months now and it has saved me a lot of work! I was able to scoop the leaves off the top of the net with a leaf net which was much easier as the water feature contains rocks and leaves tend to get stuck in and around them. The pump has not been clogged with leaves and kept working. The quality of the net is good and still intact. I will take the net off when spring approaches and will probably place it back down in September this year (left it a bit late last year at the end of October). I really highly recommend anyone who has lots of leaves falling into their water feature to try this!

Strong mesh net black in colour
Used to protect fish from herons by placing metal metre road pins into ground around pond at a slight angle and attached net to them using 2mm gauge covered wire along top and fix to pins and plastic pegs along base neat tidy and fish seen as normal net not to fine so birds dont get caught in it and it seems to blend in well .Received well packaged and within stated time thanks seller noted 3 rolls used so far good buy
