Has made life living next to someone who has 3 dogs in a one bedroom apartment (😐!) manageable! Moved in 6 months ago and haven’t been able to get for then 2 hours of sleep due to the barking. As a day sleeper (overnight worker here) I need sleep during the day lol! After figuring out the barking sounding loudest in my closet area I placed a few on the wall and bam! I slept a full 6 hours and woke up thinking it was 3 days later! 100% recommend. Does not block out the sounds 100% around 60% in my case. I also have 8ft rails and 3 puzzles currently hanging so the echo is maddening. Can’t fart without the whole apartment dant near vibrating lol. Again placed a few randomly around since they look my art pieces and again. It was instant. Turned the volumes down on my tv. Realized my dryer was louder than I thought. The damping is noticeable and works. Now when you walk by my apartment you will no longer hear my belting Jason Alden while building legos. I recommend to everyone.

We put these on the walls of our children's church area where the sound just echoed off the walls and the new LVT flooring. It really helped.

I was hearing increased traffic noise in my bedroom at night and put these panels up on the wall facing the busy street. They did help muffle some of the sound and I also like the design pattern that adds an interesting element to the room. The only issue I had was they fell off the wall after one day but after I applied the extra adhesive stickers that were enclosed, they stayed put.

I haven't even covered my door fully with them yet and they are already working great for sound on Hollow doors

These acoustic panels worked well for what i needed them for. I used them to attach to duct work in my house and definitely quieted the space down. The stick very well and the size was perfect. I did have to cut a few which was easy. They cut very well too. I thought the price was right for what I was using them for.

These are high quality solid foam panels and now the fluffy soft cheap ones. They stick VERY well to the wall and very easy to install. These really helped reduced the echo in my home office and they look great!

These are an amazing quality and really do absorb sound, preventing it from traveling from my kiddos room to the loving room. Used this on the back of the door to his room and behind his computer speakers for gaming. Loved these so much bought more to use in my sound booth and recording studio! Simple to cut to size as you can see around our cat door to the room lol, comes with self stick that works amazingly well and also you can peel the paper from the self-stick backing but I didn't need to use that yet.
