Double bill of live stage performances by legendary singer and entertainer Frank Sinatra. 'In Concert at the Royal Festival Hall' captures Sinatra at London's Royal Festival Hall in 1971. The show includes hits such as 'One for My Baby', 'My Way' and 'You Make Me Feel So Young'. 'Sinatra in Japan' features a performance at Tokyo's Budokan Hall in 1985 which includes the tracks 'Fly Me to the Moon' and 'New York, New York' among others.

Old blue eyes
Growing up, there were times when my father would share his appreciation of Sinatra's music with me but I just didn't get it. Then some weeks ago (at the age of fifty) I happened to be channel hopping and stumbled upon this concert being broadcast on one of the Sky Arts channels. I was captivated. Frank had (and has) a stage presence and a way of singing that pulls you in. Despite being a DVD the picture and sound quality is very good and a better rendition of the broadcast than that shown by Sky. I'm very happy with this purchase. I bought it to watch over and over and share it with my father. Thanks Amazon (quick delivery and good service, as always), and thanks dad.

Slightly disappointing DVD
The first Concert at the Royal Festival Hall was excellent.The Concert in Japan not so good as there was no atmosphere and it looked hard work for Frank.
