I always like to wait a couple months before leaving a review for a product. It’s been two months since I purchased this water flosser and I’m very happy with my purchase. I bought this water flosser for my daughter who has braces (although I do find myself going into her bathroom a few times a week and using it myself - isn’t that what the multiple heads are for 😆). I was specifically looking for an upgrade from her previous water flosser that was not doing a great job cleaning between her braces.I did a lot of research and product comparisons before settling on this product. What made me choose this product over others was the higher rate of pulsations per minute, the orthodontic head attachment, the completely detachable tank (which makes it easy to clean) and the hole in the back of the tank which they call “fast fill.” if you’ve ever had a water flossed before you know that they’re susceptible to getting slimy with all that water sitting in them (if you’re not using it frequently). So it was definitely important to me have a tank that was wide enough to clean and comes off completely. When the water flossers is just sitting on the counter, I will open the back flap and just kind of have it air out so I like that option as well.It comes with five heads, two of them are the same, one is an orthodontic tip, that was the selling point for me, a tongue flosser, and then a periodontal jet tip. My daughter use the tongue cleaner head and I don’t know if she used it wrong, perhaps it’s not meant to be used with water but she turned the water on and said water sprayed everywhere so be careful with that one. The battery lasts a long time as well. My daughter says she only charges it like once a month and she uses it daily..The only downside I have with this flosser is they market it to be completely waterproof and that it can be used in the shower, swimming. I caution you to not use while washington, shower and swimming. I caution you not to put it anywhere near water. Right on the back of the flosser by the charging port it even says “please keep dry.”The issue is while using the product water just naturally tends to drip down the flosser and when I go to dry it off after a session, there is water behind the flap inside the charging area. So the flap does not keep the water out. Maybe mine‘s faulty I don’t know but I just put a small piece of duct tape over it and it’s not an issue so I’m not gonna dock any points for this because I do love the product overall, but I just want other people to be aware to keep away from water.

Easy to use and left my gums feeling clean. Definitely helped around my permanent retainer. Product doesn't leak, functions well, and charges easily. I liked that it came with different tops to clean at different angles.

on/off switch is sort of difficult to operate while using so sometimes is difficult to locate with finger while in mouth.... also, sometimes on/off switch does not work or battery loses power quickly - I have to recharge frequently. Also, it is sort of bulky to hold with my hand while operatingotherwise, it is strong/powerful and quiet operation and does job needed

I wanted a smaller water flossing unit to take up less space on our bathroom counter. This one fits the bill, and works well. Just a few caveats though:1. It is a bit bulky in the hand, but that's to be expected.2. The buttons are not super easy to read3. I have more than once accidentally created an unexpected shower around me, and the room, as I'm handling the device and bump a button when preparing to use.4. The stream is not as powerful as I like, but still functions well.None of these things are deal breakers. Overall I like its compact size and ease of filling. It's easy to use overall, and transportable!

I have owned this product for approximately three months. II love how it cleans my teeth and gums. It has multiple setting for increasing water pressure, and multiple heads. This would have been five stars except the power cord stopped charging the unit. I don't know if this is a known problem, or I am the unlucky one. I can't find a customer service phone number, but I was able to find an email address. I am waiting on a response from them.

I'd like to start off by saying I was skeptical when ordering, but the price was right to try it. I LOVED this product. Water tank is small and you'll most likely need to refill a couple times for a thorough cleaning, other than that everything was great.Fast forward 30 or so days, just outside the amazon return window. I noticed the power button seemed to be failing, sometimes it wouldn't start, sometimes it wouldn't stop. Once it started on its own and sprayed all over the bathroom walls. The intermittent button finally became a fully failed unit after about a week. So after about 40 days this thing is dead. Used only over sink, never submerged, lightly rinsed, and on average only every other day... After the 30 day return window, there's no way to contact the seller, no support. The literature in the box says it comes with a 1 year warranty, I emailed them with a copy of my invoice...radio silence. Might as well do some destructive investigation... as I suspected this thing was soaked on the inside. There was nothing waterproof about it. As you can clearly see, water and corrosion took this thing out. Hope this helps make your decision. Spend a little more and go with a mainstream option. This was junk. I will happily update my review if I ever hear from seller/warranty/support.

I really like it. It’s easy to use. Tank will last through me cleaning my entire mouth. I deducted a star because it is NOT for your tonsils. I wanted this to be able to help get out tonsil stones as well. It is way too harsh and will make them bleed, even on the lowest setting. It did take a few times for my gums to get used to it but after a little bit they don’t get irritated anymore.

I like the multiple options for the different heads, it holds a decent amount of water. The pressure is great and it works well however it leaks a lot so I usually wrap a dish towel around it before I turn it on to mitigate the mess.
