Don't think you're turning into Elphaba! Just read the directions. This is not a normal self tanner. Nice color and long lasting! Be careful of streaks though.

I’ve been using self tanners for quite some time now, be it a lotion or mousse, so I was excited to try this brand out. When I first started to apply it, I was shocked at the green hue it was leaving on my skin, my skin was looking like the Incredible Hulk. My initial impression was to quickly wash it off because I was scared of what color it was going to leave my skin. I decided to continue with the application as I was quite curious as to what color this was going to leave my skin. I figured since I was only trying it out on my legs, I could wear long pants for several days if I had to.I applied the tanning foam in the afternoon and I did leave it on overnight before I washed it off. It does dry very quickly so you need to work pretty fast in spreading it. I also highly recommend using a tanning mitt to apply so it doesn’t stain your hands. Since it dried quickly, I was able to get dressed shortly after. I didn’t feel any stickiness at all on my skin once it dried. You do get that weird self tanning smell (if you used self tanners before you know what I mean), but it was pretty subtle, not as bad as other brands I’ve used.I was glad to see it did not leave any stain at all on my sheets. I was so pleasantly surprised when I washed it off. There was no hint of green at all and my skin was left with a nice sun kissed color. I did get the deep color foam and I will admit I didn’t think it came out as dark looking once it was washed off as I thought it would. I will probably use it again today to darken the color a bit.My tips: 1) Don’t worry about the weird green tint it gives your skin when applied, it won’t be there once washed off and the color won’t be as dark once washed off. 2) Make sure and use a tanning mitt-highly recommend! 3) Work fast as it dries pretty fast 4) Leave on at least the very minimum time recommended, I left mine on overnight 5) Make sure and shake well before using and in between pumpsWill definitely order again!

This self tanner worked pretty well. The color was a little off for my skin tone. I forgot to wear gloves and my hands got stained, so just don't forget the gloves!

I have mixed feelings about this product. I didn’t love the stickiness and it gave my skin a greenish tint, BUT then I reread the directions and washed it off…and saw the rich, tan color. The green tone may freak you out but if you plan the use of this properly and apply, wait and rinse, you will find it does a pretty good job!

This adds color faster and darker than I was expecting but it works good.

I have always used self tanning lotions or mousses to do contouring on my face. I find it to be a very natural yet light make up look that is long lasting. I usually use a special make up brush to contour my face using self tanning mousses or lotions, but this was a horrible experience. I wasn’t expecting this to turn green, especially because I pumped it out onto a tanning mitt and it looked black. I know how things can look really dark when it’s lotion or mousse’s, but that it lightens up or goes on differently for the skin. This was not the case, this pumped out very dark but when I applied it to my face, it still looked really dark. It did not lighten and it did not settle, thankfully I had the right mind of wiping it off. I say thankfully because I wiped it off, and I saw that my skin was turning a green/grayish color. Which is not normal! I’ve never experienced this before in my past uses of self tanning items. When I saw that it was turning a green or grayish color on my skin I freaked out and began to try to remove it all as best as possible. I managed to scrub it off of my skin, but I could still see a hint of green or grayish color in the area applied. It was so horrible, I had to put a full set of make up on because I was meeting up with friends that day but once I was home I focused on trying to exfoliate my face to get it all off. It is completely removed and like I said it was just a tinge of green/gray color on my face after I wiped it all off, but I don’t want somebody to experience this. I was lucky and was only applying a small amount to my face where I contour at, but if this was a different day, I would’ve been applying that all over my body.

When I first put this on I was worried how it would turn out but it want that bad. It was a little streaky going on so you have to blend really well. It also felt sticky and took forever to dry. But after I washed it off I liked the tan and it lasted for a few days.

WOW - it looked horrible - I had to use comet and bleach to get it off my hands and I washed them right away. Color wasnt anything. didnt look good.
