Very good then other pain killers cream helps a lot
It’s ok but I have used this in the morning s but by evening time the pain comes back but not to bad but it does help much better than other creams that kill the pain because the other creams I have tried never worked on me but this cream did use it every day a little bit as it will still help the pain the smell it’s not so bad but it depends on how you will think of it

Cream isn't very good doesn't seem to improve anything even the slightest muscle ache so total waste of money.
