This pillow is amazing I used to use 2 pillows at night. I would wake up and have such a kink in my neck It was awful now I'm sleeping straight thru the night. I've slept for the past 2 days with that pillow and it is amazing complete comfort no neck pain.So far so good Will update after 2 weeks

I was having neck pain and figured out it was my pillow. Woke up with NO neck pain. I’m a side sleeper and flip back and forth all night. Supported on both sides. Occasionally, I’ll end up on my back. Guess what? Still supported. Loved it so much, my mom ordered one for herself. Cue multiple texts of “I love my pillow.”

I bought this a few months ago and it's not bad. It looks like it should cradle your head but I find myself sleeping on the edge of it, on my side. It's not uncomfortable but I still have its replacement, a shredded latex pillow and I'm not sure if I needed to buy this one.My old pillow took a full-sized pillowcase, this one doesn't take a pillowcase, You have to take off the cover and wash it. It's a little tricky to put back on. It's not high-thread cotton and it's started to pill.I bought this pillow on a whim but not sure it was a necessary purchase.

I loved my pillow for the support it gives me. I don’t really feel the cooling aspect of it doing much but I don’t mind. The only reason I don’t rate this product higher is because I order two more and they didn’t expand at all. The two I ordered are shriveled up and not supportive at all I’m not sure if there’s a quality control issue or if those are defective but I won’t be buying another just to test it out, if I were you I would go with a different brand that may be more reliable.

I’ve had neck and shoulder pain within the last several months to a year that has slowly increased causing numbness and pain down my arms. I was told by my dr to try a new pillow first because it’s worse when I wake up and this was highly recommended. I tried it last night and I woke up feeling incredibly better! No pain at all and I slept so much better for the first time in months at the least! Well well worth the money!!

When I bought this, I really liked the comfort the pillow provided around your entire shoulder area. I sleep on two pillows regularly, so unfortunately this didn't provide the height I like. But, my wife has loved it and it's helped her with her neck and shoulder pain.

It took me about a week to get used to sleeping comfortably on this pillow, but after that learning curve was over, it's been great! I very rarely wake up with a neckache and headache anymore. This pillow has brought me so much relief and comfort. It's not as thick and hard as the other brand I tried and sent back. As you get used of this pillow you can find all kinds of ways to adjust it for different sleeping positions etc. I REALLY like it and am so pleased I found it and bought it!By the way, I had been happily using a very good and comfortable Posturpedic pillow for years but as my back and neck problems worsened I knew I needed a pillow with specific neck support and this one fits the bill. My only concern is how much actual "pillow life" it will have? Even if it wears out sooner than I hope I will replace it with same.

The pillow actually is a pretty good product. Its just a lil low for my neck. I was going to send it back cause i have chronic neck pain and thats my purpose for buying pillow .But I noticed in packaging that they offered a free insert if needed to lift up a bit /get better neck support . I emailed them to get insert they never responded . So now I'm stuck with a pillow that doesn't help me because they lied.
