I feel like they do work but not as fast as everyone else seems to feel. They have helped me to sleep better, and they taste good i would recommend them to others. I actually gave two of them to a coworker that is also having trouble sleeping since we work 12-hour shifts overnight, so she could try them to see if they work for her before buying them and she agreed that she had a better quality of sleep. I took the recommended 2 gummies. Felt a wee bit foggy the next morning so I’ll try with one. I did get sleepy after about 30 minutes and slept soundly. So I was pleased with the results. They tasted good and didn’t leave an aftertaste.

It worked for my brother and mother, but not me. They also loved the taste, but I thought they tasted like cargo pants. Guess its a preference thing, not for me.

The positive side is that these gummies are healthier than most. Zero sugar! They do work, but not all night for me. If I take two at bedtime I get about 4 hours of sleep. I started taking one, then when I wake up in the middle of the night I take another. That works better for me.
