I can’t speak on digestion, but I can tell you it’s an amazing replacement for a glass of wine in the evening to relax. It smells amazing as soon as I open the resealable bag (so much better than the foldable paper things in boxes), tastes amazing (no sweetener needed) and 50 teabags in the package? Value! Will definitely be getting these again!

I don’t like licorice. I should have noticed that on the ingredients. It wasn’t terrible but the licorice flavor and peppermint together made it taste too sweet and too much licorice flavor.
