Simple and Calming Perspective
A peaceful book focused on releasing stress and overthinking through mindful habits. The ideas are simple and repetitive at times, but that adds to its calming nature. A good read for quiet reflection.

No nonsense guidelines for life
I found this book at my local Ollie's. I have been looking for ways to stop stressing about past incidents that have occurred in my life, like unpleasant interactions or past mistakes. This book gives 99 guidelines that are basic ways to live life and simplify your life. What I took away from this is to concentrate on myself and stop trying to solve everyone else's problems. This book was written after the COVID-19 pandemic. There are several references to that time period and how people had to be socially distant. The only part that made me reread it over again was the use of the phrase "armchair quarterback". This doesn't seem like a term a monk would use.A great read and reminder to remember what is important: You.#CillasBookManiacs
