They leak
I lost several premixed peptide doses because the seal leaks.I submerged an unused one in water for 2 hours and it is half full with water now.Not sterile and not sealed.

Not so sure these are sterile...
The description says sterile, and the label on the case says sterile, but they are not sealed in sterile packaging or have any assurance they are sterile. And now that I saw another review that there was dust inside one, I'm scared that I've contaminated my very expensive medication by transferring it into one of these.They do have a break-off plastic lid that seals off the self-healing injection port, and are otherwise as expected. I just hope I don't get cellulitis after using one!These would be fine if you don't need them to be sterile. Nice little plastic case.
