This is a great headset. Works great, very clear. Super comfortable compared to any others I have had, light weight and soft ear pads. Installation was plug and play. The price is very good compared to others too.

Fantastic lightweight, great audio single ear headset. The ear cup is lightweight, buttery soft material with breathable pinholes for airflow- genius. Most headsets give me an instant earache which turns into a headache but after doing my research to find one that is truly comfortable I am so happy with my decision. I've been wearing them for two months now and they're just as great as a day, I got them. My other favorite feature is just raising the microphone to mute. It's a very simple set up and it's never run out of a charge. I'm glad I got the charging stand, but I have used the headset for 10 hours at a time and never a problem.UPDATE: I noticed some mild static initially when I got this headset, but it was manageable and I thought maybe it was just my connection but the static has gotten increasingly worse and there is no live support at YEAHLINK AND NOW I CAN'T RETURN THE ITEM BECAUSE IT'S BEEN TOO MUCH TIME SINCE JUNE. I SHOULD'VE RETURNED IT IMMEDIATELY. SUPER COMFORTABLE, BUT STATIC CONNECTION AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT WORK FOR ME.

This product is amazing, haven't had any issues, been nothing but easy going. Audio sounds PERFECTLY CLEAR!

Great product. Comfortable and I like how the buttons are placed. I mainly use this with mic on the right ear.The battery lasts a long time. The noise cancellation works great too. Compared to my old Jabra 75 this works better at isolating sounds. The only issue I have is that when charge, it looks charging but it is not. The yeahlink software knows you are plugged in but the charge won't go up. On pic says 25%, and it's going to stay there like that for a long time. The only way I can get it to charge is unplugging and trying other side. Or I will try again later after a while. Hoping it will charge. I've been using this for like 2 months now and so far been able to charge it once in a while. I have tried other cables and direct to PC and 1ah usb chargers. A full charge can last me 5 days. I can't really send it back as this has been shipped out of the country(asia). The seller is kind enough to offer a replacement though. Still giving this a 4 star.

So far, this has been great. I tested it on a desk phone (Poly VVX 350) using the included USB Bluetooth dongle, on my laptop and cell phone, and it worked great on all 3. Sound quality is what can be expected if using VoIP, and excellent if using "normal" cell phone calls. I have given it to a user at work, who's on the phone almost all the time, and after 2 weeks, she's been very happy with it. Will very likely buy more of these for the rest of the company's users.

Comfort and Sound quality good.But 1 star as the mic has severe issues in relation to Teams running under Windows: many times it cannot route audio. Sometimes it works.Also mute doesnt work: when muting the mic, also headphones get muted so you dont hear anything anymore. I cannot mute the mic only and continue to listen to a conference, which is the basic mute functionality for any headset.Same issues are not observed under Android and it works fine with Android. But i bought it for the sole purpose of Windows & Teams.

Excellent customization of sound. The "voice boost" feature is great. I'm 60 and my hearing isn't great at home due to the A/C, dishwasher, etc. So between the "voice boost" feature and the superior noise canceling in this unit, make these headphones excellent. My battery typically lasts for about 5 hours on a charge, but that's because my settings are high and consume more battery than other people. Ease of use is excellent. Connectivity is automatic and easy. Highly recommended.
