Maybe I'm lucky? But I received a quality monitor that works as expected
Works well. Monitor has nice color and 1080p is high enough picture quality for my uses. It's easy to setup and has surprisingly good audio quality in the speakers. Touch screen is good for navigating menus to play steam games. Been using for a few months and I would buy again if I needed another monitor.

Purchase at your own risk.
I purchased this item urgently for my husband, who was traveling abroad. The monitor arrived the day before his departure. However, upon testing, we found that the touch feature — the primary reason for purchasing this product — either doesn't function or we received the wrong item. This has been extremely frustrating, and my husband is very disappointed with the experience. I would not recommend this product based on our experience.

Excellent touch screen monitor.
Excellent touch screen monitor. Unfortunately, the brightness keeps switching back to dim on its own. I've been through the manual, and can't find a way to change the default. However, it's pretty easy to adjust the brightness each time; 3 button presses.

Touch stopped working.
It worked great for several weeks until it didn't. The touch screen stopped functioning, which was my primary reason for buying it in the first place.

Not work after 4 weeks
This is not a good product, is work when you want and then it doesn't work. It doesn't work. Don't buy this product

Touch works great, but...
The but is that I can't get USB-C to USB-C video on a Samsung Galaxy S24... took of one star for that. Otherwise, it works great.

Works great but needs to be concocted to a power source when connected to a laptop.
I wish the monitor would get power through the video cable when connected to my Windows laptop like other portable monitors do. I like the folding stand. Picture is good. No HDR. Touch works great. I really like to pinch and zoom with my fingers on document and web pages. Photos look true to color and text is fairly crisp. I would like a 2k display, but for the money I am happy with my purchase. Build quality seems excellent. Time will tell about durability.
