Love the towel for quick dry time in dryer which cuts my electric bill. Absorbing. Lint free. Does not have the fluffiness and softness of a conventional towel if this is important to you. Quality fiber is a tight weave and very long-lasting. This was my first linen towel. I have purchased two more.

Excellent for the price. They give off a very nice linen smell the first time you use them. They are not soft or plushy but they wipe the water off nicely and dry so super fast! They make me feel fancy whenever I use them and I am very happy with my purchase.

Update: 3.5 years later, I still love these towels. I got matching hand towels, as well. My old cotton towels are just for cleaning spills now, haha. Note: you don't need to rub to get dry, which would feel scratchy. Just pat dry, trust the fabric! This will also make it gentler on your skin and hair. Also, they do slowly become softer over time as you use and wash them. These towels have held up so well, I'm anticipating getting 20 years or more out of them. I'm in my mid 40s - it's entirely possible these are the last towels I've ever needed to buy! I will continue to update if this listing remains active. Original review: After using this towel, I've decided to transition to only using linen towels (used to be only Egyptian cotton, no fabric softener, ew). Definitely a very different towel experience than cotton - not nearly as warm - but it's much more absorbent, dries faster so it doesn't get funky as quickly, saves space and weight (perfect for travel), and the much tighter weave means it will last longer. If you haven't used linen towels before, you're going to think it won't work well when you first touch it, because a cotton towel this thin and woven this tightly would NOT work. But linen is something else entirely! Great product. 10/10 will buy again.

Bought this for travel when I have limited backpack space and need quick drying with no weird smells. I don't love the fabric feel since it's just a flatweave - it's like a big linen kitchen towel but it's sooooo much smaller packed than a fluffy towel. I tested it out at a beach once so far against a normal beach towel and it seems like it will work well. The linen towel dried same day before I got home and the regular terry type towel took about 2 days to dry once I got home. Sand doesn't get stuck in the fabric either since it doesn't have any loops or texture. I use linen in my kitchen and can 100% attest that it does not smell musty after getting wet then drying many times. Other compact travel towels are microfiber and they smell extremely bad after drying. Size of this towel is smaller than a beach towel but it's adequate. It's not super soft but I have fairly sensitive skin toward itchy fabrics and this is not scratchy/itchy at all. And if you compare linen travel towels this is $30 and the other ones are puffier waffle/gauze style and are like $70+. And linen bath towels are just too big for travel.

This towel is absorbent, a little smaller than I expected although the measurements are listed clearly and it does dry my whole body. I washed it several times and it still is a bit rough. I feel like it almost exfoliates as it dries you off. :) I still use it but it's not my favorite, I was hoping it would soften up more than it has. I also expected it to be more wrinkled more than it is but because it tends to be a bit stiff it doesn't wrinkle as much.

We live in a boat full time and these towels are THE BEST. They dry fast, they wash easy, and they always smell good. The stitching has kept up, and they're great. Just great!

I love this towel! I'm going to replace my bath towel with this. So natural, minimal, and organic. It's compact, soft, and simple. Linen is naturally thin, but super absorbant. The other comments make the towel seem like sand paper, but its soft and gets softer after every wash. Sown well too. Good price, buy it

I have been looking for a linen towel like this for decades. I hate soft, “thirsty” towels that just seem to move water around on my skin. These towels absorb and they are perfect for my always itchy skin. I love them!!!
