Had to rate as 1 star because can't leave a 0-star review. This just doesn't do the job it is advertised to do - so it is being returned.

I had purchased a few new items of clothing on holiday however when I got home, I discovered that the security tag had not been removed. I obviously couldn’t walk around with this attached. Thankfully this product removed the tag with ease and no damage to item 👍🏼

Bought some shirts from Tommy Hilfiger and the store missed one of the security tags. This worked perfectly and removed the tag with ease.

Really strong tbh tried it at Zara and it worked would buy again

Was hoping to open the school phone bag but does not work for that

Bought a top they forgot to take the security tags off this item does not work at all would not recommend this item at all
