Very fine powder, binds ingredients very well! Also helps the cones burn evenly, I have used other makko powders that are more fragrant. I prefer this brand. It doesnt overpower the other ingredients and helps achieve the desired scent and burn time. I like to create backflow cones, burns exactly how it should. I highly enjoy the amount all their line of powders come in.

I’ve made my own incense cones before but they always just burned for a second and then stopped. Then saw somewhere that makko powder is the key for incense to continue burning. And it did the trick! My cones burn all the way through no having to constantly relight it

This has been such a great addition to my incense making routine.

I've tried all the recipes for making cone incense and the Makko powder is the only one that burns consistently and slowly. Made sage, coffee, cedar and Marigold incenses so far. I'll definitely purchase this one again and again. Dont waste your time. Use this one first!
