This is an amazing camera insta360 has came a long way with there stuff. You get all the basic essentials to put on.. I use this more for my helmet on my motorcycle than as a vlog but it nice to have the other stuff when it comes to it.

Camera locks up, fails, difficult to use, confusing app.
This is the most frustrating camera experience I ever have, using these "Go" cameras. First one I had, the Go2, crashed and was unrecoverable. Sent it back and the replacement eventually did the same thing, out of warranty. They wanted $259 to fix it. This new one, the Go 3s, after using it for the first time this weekend, is completely unresponsive. It turns on and off repeatedly or it won't turn on at all. Connecting to a computer, you MUST use ONLY the cable that came with the camera. I have dozens of high end USB-A to USB-C cables and they just won't work to trigger the camera to go into USB mode to transfer files to a computer. It's also moronic that it won't work using a super-high end computer (Ryzen 9) connecting it to USB-C to USB-C. Why won't that work??? And the cable that came with the camera is super non-descript. It looks like any cheap cable that comes with a cheap speaker.Second, this camera is super frustrating to use. Using it without the action pod, just the camera, you never know if the thing is recording. There's a blue LED, a Red one and pressing the button, the blue one flashes then the red one? That makes no sense at all. The slightest tap of that button and you'll be recording without knowing it, like in your pocket or while in the seat pocket of the airplane. Then, it's super hot, the battery is dead and the storage is full. This happens quite often, so you need to be careful.Third, you have to hold the camera sideways to get landscape mode or vertical to get "Instagram" mode. The old camera (Go2), it didn't matter how the camera was held. Also, after this first use, it seems like the camera records in a higher resolution while in the pod than when it does while outside of it. It records what looks like full screen while in the pod and what looks like a crop for anything recorded with just the camera, like wearing it on the pendant. I'm sure I need to play around with the settings more, but while outside the pod, there wasn't any horizon lock. The Go2 had horizon lock automatically.Fourth, the phone app does much more than the app on desktop. MUCH more. This makes zero sense and I could go on for several more paragraphs about what's wrong with the app, etc. The app has a bit of a learning curve and if you're not used to editing video, it'll be pretty foreign. I'm somewhat of an Premiere Pro expert and Insta Studio app frustrates me even more that Premiere. There are buttons missing on the desktop version that are there on the phone app. Where is the re-framing on the desktop, etc? Did I record in the wrong mode? Should I use video mode or free-video mode on the camera? Why is this so non-intuitive? It's beyond frustrating to go out on an adventure and find that your footage is a shaky mess that can't be fixed in the PC app.I do love more about this camera than what I hate, but this camera isn't for the non-technical user. I'm pretty tech savvy and this one gets me hung up every time. The form factor, the size, the flexibility, all are 10/10. The application of all of that is about a 2. People have asked me about this camera over the last few years and I always suggest to them to look at GoPro or DJI. This one isn't for most people. Since mine stopped working after the first outing, I'm sending it back and will probably choose the DJI for its replacement. Disappointing.

My activity buddy!
I've been using the Insta360 GO 3S, and I can't recommend it enough! This little camera has become my go-to companion for all my family adventures. I've taken it on boat rides, capturing stunning moments on the water, and it's perfect for trips to the zoo, where it easily fits in my pocket and lets me record my kids' excitement. It has been the best for biking - I can wear it and capture every moment -hands free-without missing a beat. Its compact design and high-quality footage make it a must-have for any adventurer.

Soso camera, terrible customer service
The camera quality is as expected, okay during daytime, bad at night time with low lighting. However, don't trust the easy clip or the magnet. It is way looser than you expect. I used the easy clip and the camera was lost when I was SNORKELLING. The advertisement shows surfing and skiing, the intensity is nowhere close. I also lost five days of videos that was captured before. What upsets me more is that there is no one to help in the "Help Center". I was being very resonable and taking the responsibility for losing it, and I was just asking if they are willing to sell me a standalone camera with some discount. But instead they replied by saying that there are holidays sales going on their website and ask me to purchase more products from them (there is no deal on the standalone camera). After back and forth, they agreed to send me a free selfie stick as a gift. I agreed to it and made the standalone camera purchase. They said they would add this to my order and they never did. Never able to get hold of anybody after I made the order. Made me feel like I am begging them for something like this. Never so much pettiness in my life.
