The best thing about this bed is the support, it’s not like other foam mattresses toppers that you sink into, I would definitely say this is perfectly firm for people that have bad backs, especially lower. It has made a huge difference, it’s easy to use and fold up. It is very comfortable. The pillow was also firm.. The only reason I didn’t give it five was if you are older, you might have a hard time with the Velcro as it is very strong. Otherwise, I would recommend this like I said for people that have bad backs such as my self and are looking for a firmer choice but not too firm that it is uncomfortable. I am very happy with my purchase and would probably purchase again

Really nice quality and worked out great for a visitor. It's the size of a twin and soft but holds its shape.

Got this for the flexibility. It's currently acting as a mattress on a single daybed and is comfortable, but firm enough that it's nicer with a mattress topper. I like that I can take it out and use it on the floor or use it as a chair if needed. It's thick enough, firm enough and has just the right cushiness to work as a daybed cushion, but for a bed, you may also want to invest in a topper of some kind. I'm using the topper on the daybed and it's quite comfortable. As a chair, it's adequate. The velcro holds it in position, but you'll want to place it against a wall. The included cushion is a little bit of a thing; nice to have an addition, but it's not much. and doesn't help fill the sharp 90 degree angle of this kind of a chair. You'd probably want to add some other cushions.

It’s so comfortable! I bought it for my boyfriend and it’s so easy to clean up and fold up! It’s convenient for him because he uses his room for work and this bed has helped him have less clutter and be more organized
