EDIT: I did update to a 5-star review. The company reached out and is replacing the leaky bottle that we recieved. After 2 uses, I am still loving this maching and the color of tan the solution gives me! We really like the machine (have only used it once so far). I have a learning curve with my hands and feet. But overall the tan looked natural. The reason for three stars instead of five is because it arrived with tanning solution that leaked out of one of the bottles all over everything. I had to clean it all up upon arrival. I also lost that much tan solution in transport. I didn’t do a return because we had a trip planned and I didn’t have time to wait for a replacement. I am unsure how to contact the seller directly as Amazon makes that just confusing enough that I gave up on it. Overall great machine and natural looking solution. I look forward to perfecting my spray technique by summer.

Great home spray tan machine. Easy setup and even easier application of product!!!

Gave this to my wife for Christmas, I learned how to use it pretty quickly and am tanning her regularly……. I don’t mind doing it either 😉

This machine comes with 3 bottles of solution so you can immediately start tanning! There really is no learning curve. Even the areas that I over-sprayed came out looking smoothly tanned. I am so impressed with the ease of use with this machine. I love that the machine blows warm air, too. Spend a little more and get this machine!

Product looks great, I haven’t used it yet but I’m not at all worried about functionality! Giving 4 stars because the tanning solutions didn’t come with the machine. I’ll be reaching out to customer service to see why I haven’t received those yet!

I always knew norvell had amazing tanning solution so I figured why not get one of their machines. Soooo happy i did. Not only did they ship to Canada, but it showed up early. The box came well protected so everything was in perfect condition. The machine itself was just like photo(really well made) and so light weight and also came with a arm strap and the 3 bottles from the picture. It came with a sheet that gave me complete easy to do instructions to register my machine for warranty. It literally took me 10 mins to fill in my basic information. So the next day my phone rings and its a super friendly,polite,well spoken Norvell Rep. She was calling to check to see how I was finding the machine and if I had any questions etc.. i got off the phone and thought wow its so rare you find a company that really backs up their product and treats their customer like a person and not a number. If you are looking for a spray tan Machine go for one of norvells. The product itself is so well made and the customer service is above and beyond amazing. Couldnt be happier. I give it 5 star forsure!!!

I personally have never touched a spray gun or used anything other than a tanning foam. While i have been sprayed by professionals I was a bit intimidated by the machine and I decided to just go for it! And I love it! The set up and everything that comes with it the ease of use was amazing! My daughter decided to brave the challenge of being my first spray before she had a school dance! Surprised at the amount of time it took! So much fun and so fast! She looked awesome and had tons of compliments! Will be using this for everyone i know I’m sure lol. I love it! We sprayed her with Venetian and she was very pale to start off still came out flawless and even🙌

This machine is easy to use and has held up great. Not an expert but found this very easy to use. Small adjustments to the flow and the product goes on great!

I wasn't pleased with the expiration date of the tanning products. One is past due in May 31st 2025 and the other two are for July 2025. Haven't tried the machine yet. Wouldn't you know the one that is expired is the one I wanted to try.
