Before buying this ice machine, I specifically messaged the seller asking about the warranty on the ice machine due to reading other reviews stating it didn’t last long. The seller stated the machine has a 1 year warranty and if it can’t be fixed in 24 hrs it would be replaced with a new product. Well my machine quit working after 6 months. I messaged the seller to let them know so I could get a replacement but the item is no longer available. I asked that they provide me with a refund since they can’t provide a new machine. They were communicating with me at first making me believe they were going to refund me and then all of a sudden stopped responding. I still don’t have a refund and I have a broken ice machine. This machine cost WAY TOO MUCH to only last for 6 months.As far as the ice machine goes, there is no way it would make 44lbs of ice in 24 hrs. It takes forever to make a basket of ice! Then the ice melts fast and u have to replace your ice often in your cup. The only nice thing about the machine was that it had a timer so I would set it to have ice made when we woke up. But after 6 months the machine broke and leaks half the water you put in all over your counter. Also something inside that was black plastic broke off and there were big and small pieces of black plastic in my ice. This machine is junk and I would not buy it and absolutely NOT buy from this SELLER unless u want to waste your money and get a useless warranty claim!! I am not done fighting battle this yet, even though I shouldn’t have to waste my time doing so!!

Edit: I am updating my review due to the excellent customer service I received. I reached out via Amazon chat, who informed me they would contact seller. i was immediately contacted by seller via email. After giving me troubleshooting help and without success fixing the problem, I was immediately sent a new machine without question or hesitation. I can’t ask for more than that from them. As far as the ice machine itself, I had no complaints and enjoyed having it until it broke. Love the ice and how quickly it makes it. I am really hoping this new one works out, but nonetheless very pleased with the excellent customer service.I have the same story as many others. Worked great then suddenly started making a horrible noise and quit working. Waste of money!

I usually do not write reviews; however, I have no choice with this product. Upon receiving this ice maker, it was a fantastic product that seemed to meet all of my family's needs, which is not an easy task. It was quiet enough not to bug anyone, keep up with the demands of my family on a daily route, and even manage to fill ice bags for the random family or friend get-togethers to handle a large load.Everything went well until about three months of using the product, then it stopped making ice. As a controls engineer, I was very particular about the routine maintenance and cleaned every three to four days and even turned it off every night. I even ensured the use of purified water to eliminate the mineral build-up of calcium or even heavy metals like iron, but the ice maker still seemed to stop for no reason.I am writing this review because I have spent the last week trying to find out how to contact the company. They have an amazing warranty, but my kids have misplaced my warranty card as they used the manual for coloring. There is no contact information in the manual, and nothing comes up in a Google search for contact information. I hope they come back to me and address this issue so that I may change the rating. I firmly believe in giving the company a chance to address issues as this is not a true representation of their product, but if you make it impossible to be contacted, I have to think twice about that thought process.

My wife loves pebble ice and I thought this would make a great Christmas gift. The brand I got was one of the name brands many people recommended. Shortly after Christmas, we sent it back because it started making a loud squeaking noice. Looking at several other brands and after reading several customer reviews, it looked like they all had issues. I almost didn't get another one. I took a chance with this one with good but limited number of reviews. I'm sure glad I did. I love this machine and here is why.They all make a humming sound while making ice. This one is more softer to the ear.The pebbles are soft and are the right size. No problem with taste with our spring water.Once the ice basket is full, it stops and the ice will last several hours before melting.To drain the machine, the plug is on the front, bottom corner, so I don't have to turn the machine around.It fits easily under standard cabinets on the counter top.It has a timer that can be set to turn on the ice maker before a party or you can set the timer to turn off the after running for as long as I need it.It works well and doesn't leak.If you are frustrated with other pebble ice makers, try this one.

Ordered this ice maker in November of 2022. Received in December. It has been a great product until about the last month. It has just steadily reduced ice production until there is barely enough for a couple cold drinks daily. I kept up on the cleaning and used the timer at night and during the day while working to save on unnecessary use. Loved the ice and the convenience but 400.00 for less than a year of use is not in my budget. Very sad about this and am hoping I can get a warranty or credit. Will update my review if that happens.
