Love this set! Definitely worth the purchase!
So easy to put together! Bar holds up for intense squats and workouts adjustable height straps to adjust height for the user! Used one time and loved the versatility of the handles and bands, looking forward to using again today!

Good for newbies
It's a nice piece of equipment if you only have a small space to workout in. I do like that some workouts are included on a paper, so it helps new people like myself

Arrived on time.
They arrived when they said they would. So that's a plus. I have not had a chance to use them yet, but they look like they will do the job. I wore out the last set I had, but it took two years of almost daily use. So from what I can see they will be worth the price of admission. However, if after I use them for a bit and they do not measure up, I will post it. Tks Paul send

My kit didn’t come with a bar?? But other than missing pieces the set is nice. Very durable. Nice range of resistance levels.

Nice quality for the price sadly I just wish I got off my lazy ass and used them a little bit more. I really like it a lot though the problem clearly is me.
