This brand has become a trusted one for me for value and effectiveness. The lysine supplement is good. The pills are fairly large but easy to swallow and do their job.

Love this product it was one of the only lysine products I could find with this high of a milligram. It's third party tested in the US and free from all the junk like gluten wheat yeast Etc. I love the user friendly bottle with the flip top. The pill is a bit large but I guess that's the trade off when you're getting 2,000 mg of a supplement. I bought these because I had a bad outbreak of shingles and through my research I found that lysine is a very helpful supplement for tissue and skin health. I started taking one a day on top of my prescribed antivirals and I felt like within a week I could see a huge difference. Personally I take them with a meal it just seems to settle on my stomach better but I have taken them without a meal and was fine.

UPDATE : NOTE 📝 THE QUALITY is good !! THERE WAS A SLIGHT ISSUE FOR ME ! ( NOT EVERYONE WILL-HAVE THE REACTION I DID ) ‼️ I am super sensitive to Supplements, herbs, medicine’s etc.. and always check for “Contraindication's when taking things together with my other supplements & medications “ ‼️ Regardless of doing so , this Supplement set off a Tiny Eczema flare up on my face !! Please Be Aware and Follow the Directions ‼️ I do not know for sure how it might react in your body ! I AM NOT A DOCTOR ‼️ I know that for me I am highly sensitive to medications , and some herbs , so I am careful & know when my body reacts to something new , then I stop Immediately taking it ‼️ If For some reason you can’t reach your Doctor , CALL YOUR PHARMACIST , they Shoud know what Your Allergies are , and will be able to tell you any contraindications of any products you take with any thin you add to your current medications or daily supplements ‼️ EVEN A SIMPLE VITAMIN CAN CAUSE A HUGE CHANGE IN REACTIONS WITH OTHER VITAMINS OR MEDICATIONS . ‼️ PLEASE BE CAREFUL & WISE ‼️ LOVE YOURSELF 😃💞😃

Huge pills but very easy to swallow. Great value for the high mg, the pills aren't hard to swallow as they are coated . Work extremely well and already feeling the benefits from this Lysine. Good buy .

Take when I bite my lip or get inner mouth sore from medication. Seems to help clear it up.
