Don't waste your money. I tried. I really did. It's just not at all comfortable. It's a poor design. The tab that goes under your neck isn't big enough or long enough. The hole for your head is too round, not head shaped, and the top of your head ends up being pushed down toward your shoulders. The wings on the sides for your arms are really useless. And there's no room for your shoulder if you're on your side, so you're still cramped and not properly supported. I'm a woman, BTW, not some huge dude, but this pillow is just all wrong. Returning it.

This took a few nights to get used to as i normally have 2 pillows. But... now, i love it. It's really comfy and supportive. Less moving around at night trying to get a comfortable position. The cover is washable and is so silky soft that it has the added bonus of being kind to my hair! No need for a satin pillowcase.

I am finding it difficult to get a second pillowcase to fit. The supplier doesn't stock them. Odd , but there you go. The pillow is very comfortable and has improved my sleep.
