This recovery drink is great. It is tasty and rwally helps after long runs si that there is no stiff ess of aching.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a “clear whey recovery drink” because most recovery shakes taste like someone blended a shoe with some cocoa powder. But this one from SiS is actually… kind of refreshing? Taste & texture: Raspberry & Cranberry is basically like a slightly thicker squash drink. No milky aftertaste, no chalkiness, nothing gloopy. If you’re someone who hates milky shakes after a workout (especially in summer), this is a really nice change. That said, it can come out a bit foamy if you shake it like it owes you money, leave it for 30 seconds and it settles down. Recovery & performance: It definitely does the job for me on heavy training days. The mix of 20g protein + 21g carbs seems to hit the sweet spot where you feel like you’ve actually refuelled instead of just ticking a box. I noticed less next-day fatigue on long run days, which is why I’ve stuck with it. The downsides (because nothing’s perfect): - The tub isn’t massive. If you train a lot, it disappears quicker than you expect. - The flavour is good, but quite sweet — if you don’t like fruity drinks, this won’t magically convert you. - The powder can clump if you add it to very cold water, so put the water in after the powder or give it an extra shake. Overall: It’s not a miracle drink, and it’s not cheap, but it’s genuinely one of the few recovery shakes I actually look forward to having. If you want something light, fruity, and easy on the stomach after a hard session, this is one of the better options out there. Would I buy it again? Yeah, and I have. It doesn’t quite hit 5-star “life-changing” status, but it’s easily a solid 4-star product.

Its ok but I prefer the rego recovery powder instead.

I got the raspberry and cranberry flavour - and is nice tasting. Each serving contains 20g of protein - great for post workout. Mixes well in my mixer - not at all lumpy. Great product from a trusted brand - good value and would get again, I would recommend

Watch the weight of the purchase. It’s a good product but you can’t see the size as the bag is big but there’s only 480g in it.
