Works well. I would recommend this tool
Works well. A lot easier and more time efficient than using a screw gun. Also, after pushing board together you have a free hand to keep pressure on the board and as the gun shoots, it gives a consistent kick to allow for consistent pressure at every fastener. I did a 16' deep deck and was within an 1/8" by the time I got to the end.

Works well for grooved decking. Although I found a deal later that provides the gun free if you buy two tubs of clips and screws ☹️

If you are doing the job yourself, then this might really help. Otherwise it is way slower and no better than having multiple people working on each board.
