I was told to take 1000 IU in summer and 3000 IU in the winter so just two of these gummies fulfill my winter needs. They're soft and tasty. I never forget to take them because I love gummies and enjoy the taste. My Vitamin D levels are fine now and have been since I started supplementing, first with the regular strength gummies and now, with the extra strength ones.
