Consider ordering a size up
I've only used this judogi once and it seems sturdy. I'm just over 6' tall and weigh around 178 pounds. I got the size 4 and it just fits (the sleeves end 2" above my wrists, which barely meets judo regulations as far as sleeve length). This is without washing it, however, so I'll have to air dry it going forward. If I had to do it all over again, I'd probably order one size up. Size aside, this is a solid no-nonsense judo uniform that seems like it'll last a long time. Personally, I didn't like all the labels on it, so I got rid of them. Clearly, however, this is a matter of taste. Bottom-line, this is a good solid judogi.Update October 3, 2017: I've used this judogi in two classes and no problems so far. This thing's pretty tough. Air-drying is key to avoid shrinkage. Also, if you get the natural white color like I did, you should know that the color fades each time you wash it (and probably with use). After just a few hand washes, my judogi is now noticeably lighter in color.

Great affordable gi!
I got a size bigger because I wanted to be able to put my gi in the dryer and not have to worry about air drying it. It predictably shrank and fits me perfectly. I am a size 3 based on the chart and got a size 4.Material wise, after about 3 washings I got the gi to a nice soft state. Not that it was hard or rough to begin with.I bought it from an Amazon vendor from Philadelphia and they beat Amazon's price by a good amount.I will definitely buy another one - with summer heat and sweat - I want to make sure I have something to rotate to keep my technique from getting stinky ;) :D

Uniform great, belt isn’t.
I am 5’3/ 5’4 on a good day, and weigh 175lb so I’m in the middle of the 3 and 4 on the sizing chart. I usually wear Fuji brand since they’re good quality, but due to my weight and height I have a hard time finding uniform that fits me. When I wear Fuji brand, the 3 is too small, while 4 is too big. 3.5 is hard to find so I usually buy 4 then try to shrink it.Due to Fuji being such a hassle, I wanted to give this brand a try. I haven’t washed it yet, so I don’t know how it’ll do when/if if shrinks. I only tried it on to see how well it would fit. I say if you’re the same weight and height as me then the 3 will fit you well, but the belt is way too small. I think the uniform is pretty solid and great quality pre washing, but I’ll have to wear the Fuji brand belt, or purchase 2 belt sizes larger. The 3 size belt that came with the uniform barely wraps around my waist, and judo required the double wrap so it’s no way this thing will go around me twice. If the sizing changes after I give it a bath I’ll edit the review but simply trying it on, I think it’s great quality, but order a larger belt.

Great for a first time gi
The Jacket is lightweight and fits perfect out of the bag, will have to wash in cold. The belt is a bit too small but works. The pants are thin and I expect them to rip soon but for the price I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Everything good as expected
The top is great and worth the money. The pants are like Karate pants but I didn't care. If you read reviews you'll know that detail. It is a perfect inexpensive top for Aikido and the pants don't matter because they are covered by the Hakama. I would buy another.

Great product. It fit as expected but maybe a LITTLE too big for me. I'm still learning everything, so maybe that's to be expected. It was comfortable to work in.

Excellent Gi
Got this for the boy. Size 00. He's 10 years old, about 4'6"- 4'8" tall, 70-75 lbs (he's lean). For sizing I decided to go more with the listed weight ranges rather than the height ranges, thus, the size 00 rather than size 0. GREAT item. The top is thick/tough. The pants are thinner (as others have noted) but that's normal when it comes to a gi. That being said, the pants do have reinforced knee pads/knee areas, and have a drawstring. The length of the pants is also good, especially considering we went by weight rather than height when choosing size. All in all, for the money, an excellent gi for any youngster starting out in judo. We will be buying the same brand, next size up, in the fall.

Inaccurate Size Chart, Nice Gi
I took one star off for the size chart. I'm 5'8", 175 lbs. I originally bought a size 4 gi back when I was 185 and it fit very large on me (pants too big, jacket very baggy). I bought this gi as an experiment. The size chart says 5'3" - 5'6" 125-150 lbs for size 3. This size fits me very well, pants aren't too long and the kimono fits much better. Still appropriately baggy but not too much.Other than the size chart issue, I am a fan of this gi. It is affordable, durable, and comfortable.
