Chair looks well premium feel. But when you use it you feel like it’s Hard Cushioning on your back and thighs. Bit of a pain you will feel. Easy to assemble, sturdy and good base. No shaking. It’s up to you if you like Hard then can use. If you need soft for your back then not recommended. Back massager are not strong enough vibration. You can’t feel it’s massaging.

Great gaming chair. Comfortable. Nice features with the foot rest, small massage pillow, recliner. Easy assembly. Great customer service. I received the chair packaged with two left armrests. Notified the company and got response in a day or so. Had to take pic of parts, order number and they sent me another armrest part. Didn't even want the original sent back. Have had almost a year now. Still use almost everyday. Creaks and few noises now. But wear and tear understandable. Would buy again amd other products from this brand. Great buy for the money.

It's really comfortable and it looks really good, the foot rest is a huge pro. I am 5'9", and if I hold my legs straight out it hits me at about mid calf. The arms are nice and cushioned, easy on my elbows. The vibrating back pillow is a little weird, and there's no on/off switch it's just a plug in, I don't see myself using that often. The leather feels very high quality, and the stitching is nice and neat. The only con I have is not being able to put the arm rests all the way down, since some games are easier with them up. Overall, a very nice chair.

This chair was pretty easy to put together. It only took me 30-45 minutes total to assemble. After assembly I was very satisfied with this chair because it was comfy and sturdy. I’ve had the chair for a couple months now and have not had any issues with the chair. Would highly recommend this chair for anyone looking for a gaming or work chair. It also was pretty cheap considering the quality of this chair.

Would not recommend, cheaply made, not worth it, even on sale. I purchased the version for 300 lb. I'm 6'2" 200 lbs and was looking for a more heavy-duty chair for my office. Chair is uncomfortable & flimsy. Replaced with a new and improved chair 12 months later.
