As I explored this magnetic letter kit, I was more and more pleased with it.I liked:- firm foam letters with full magnetic backing! (So no worries about small magnets falling off and being swallowed)- consonants in blue and vowels in red (this really helps when teaching reading skills)- all letters have their own individual and labelled areas in the case (although a few letters had jumped into other areas when I first opened it, when you then store the magnetic board inside the case this helps keep the letters in their spot when carrying the closed case around)- the included whiteboard markers - red, blue and black write and erase well (although you do have to watch to be sure you fully snap on the caps)- choice of including red and blue whiteboard markers was smart and you can coordinate this with the red and blue letter groups (vowels and consonants respectively) if you want to- 2 exclamation points and 2 question marks included- everything including markers, board, and eraser store within the case which snaps firmly closed- love that they included 20 short tips for using the kit (I've taught reading so I had ideas already in mind but was pleased to find a couple new ideas)- can use this for pre-school through early elementary students- says that letters can be washed- tried some and at least some of the letters FLOAT! While I wasn't particularly looking for this - I am looking forward to using this in fun games (like save the "e", where they fish out the e from among the other letters I put into a bowl of water, I'll give them a spoon unless I can find a small, cheap aquarium net)- Letters are big enough but at the same time small enough so that the case it not so big as to be difficult to store easily- useful for both home and small group reading instruction at schoolThings to know:- upon opening, they warn that there will be a period where a somewhat smelly gas escapes- although the age group used for this probably is beyond the age where they might put things in their mouths, the letters and marker caps) are small enough to be a choking hazard if swallowed or chewed so be aware if you have one of these children likely to do this or younger siblingsOverall - I like this set. I am thinking of buying another one for my daughter.Hope this helps.

I got this to start getting my toddler ready for pre-k. He is an early reader so we use this to strengthen and his reading skills. We use it to practice phonics sounds, spell words and have him identify the missing letter, and play uppercase/lower case games. There’s so many possibilities. I love how organized it is, the case makes everything nice and neat. I love the amount of letters as well. So many times you worry have losing a letter in a set but you have multiples of everything! This is a great set and it including a dry erase board was even better. My only issue - is all the dry erase markers were dry and didn’t work! Oh well, that’s a small inexpensive purchase. This is a great set overall!

I purchased 4 sets of the foam alphabet magnet letters for a classroom. Two of the sets were missing some lower case vowels. One set was missing lower case u and a, and another set was missing lower case u. I do not know how to get the missing parts replaced and need them soon.

This is a fantastic set of letters both uppercase and lowercase. I’m going to use them so much with my kindergarten class this year. I can’t wait. The vowels are in red however, none of the Ys are in red, which is a bit sad but that’s OK. Overall fantastic quality and the case that they come in will also last a long time which is so nice.

I really wanted to give this a great review, but I received lower case w's instead of lower case m's. I am a teacher so turning the w's upside-down during instruction was not going to work for me. Other than that, I was happy that this set had upper and lower case letters and punctuation marks. Would have been a super set with the lower case m's.

I love this set! We have a wooden traditional Montessori movable alphabet, but honestly, this one gets used more. My daughter can just sit on the couch or wherever she wants and use the letters to spell on the magnet whiteboard. I also like that it is so easy to organize and keep contained. The case locks shut and nothing moves around once it’s closed. Each individual box is labeled so you know where to put letters and where to find them. Love the red and blue coloring for vowels and consonants. Great addition to our homeschooling.

The following standout a great product attributes:- Inclusion of both lower case and upper case letters.-Case with a specific spot and labels for each letter, visualizing both the lower case and uppercase version of that letter (which is super important when it's clean up time!)- Vowels are red. Having vowels stand out as a different color from the rest of the letters has proven very helpful for my 5 year old to better understand how to put words together and the importance of vowels-Thick quality foam and large magnets. I appreciate this approach compared to other letter magnets that are made of plastic and have small magnets.

These letters are nice and soft, with excellent magnetic properties. They stick well to a whiteboard (or any metal surface for that matter). What's also very good is that vowels and consonants have different colors.The box is perfect to keep the letters in, and feels built to last.This is great for homeschoolers and teachers.
