Really cooling even with normal temp water. More so if water is iced. Used it during a marathon. Best decision I made to bring this along.

I used this for multiple hours on a 90° day. I only wetted it once. And it kept cool for a long time. If it started to get warm. All I had to do was shake it out and it was cool again. Wonderful thing for working outside.
