Don’t hesitate just buy this. I looked through hundreds of different cushions for lumbar support and read thousands of reviews before choosing this.I have chronic back pain from an injury when I was just eight months old and he ejected out of my car seat during a car accident. I have struggled with pain my whole life, and I am just recently learning about all of these different products to help me do every day activities. I work at a desk 8 to 10 hours a day for the last 6 years. I have been struggling so a long time with chronic pain from my neck to my hips. This has relieved most of my pain and helps with my posture. It also provides support for my lumbar, my hips, and sciatica. I definitely recommend it and I currently have two sets one for work and I use one for the car/ my glider in my living room. Must have for any kind of back pain. Not flat, very sturdy. I’m a voluptuous woman and this cushion is very thick and comfy.

A month ago I developed a slipped disc in my lower back which of course caused a lot of pain in my lower back, hip and leg. I had to find something to sit on that would help with the pain. When I found this pillow it seemed to fit the requirements so I ordered it. That was a wise decision. It is so comfortable and helps so much to relieve the pain which still has not gone away entirely. I wouldn't be without it, and I will probably order one more. I highly recommend this cushion for anyone experiencing Sciatica and any type of back pain.

This back and seat support is excellent. It was packaged air tight and as soon as I opened the package everything instantly inflated! No wait, just open and go! The quality is fantastic and I love how it’s extremely supportive, firmness and comfort are consistent. It doesn’t move around when I get up, very quiet, suitably wonderful for the office and doesn’t stand out. I would recommend getting this asap if you have low back pain, poor posture or tailbone pain. It’s a must have!

I got this for back and hip pain while at work. It relieved both of my pains. The pillow quality is very good, not too firm and not too soft, providing the perfect amount of support. The design is great as it fits my back and bottom almost perfectly. It fits the office chair very well. If you are a rather large male and need back support, then I highly recommend this cushion.

So far so good!! I have very bad sciatica, neck and back issues, I love the thickness and comfort on my bum and the back rest is very comfortable and makes me sit straighter and feels amazing on my back! It fits my chair perfectly!!

I am very happy with this product. I sit in a computer chair 10 to 12 hours a day working and would be hurting after work and having to do heat to my lower back and hip daily. Since I bought this product it has help me greatly. I am able to tend to other chores when I get off of work now instead of going straight to bed for a heating pad due to pain. Thank so much for helping me with this issue. The hip and back support was just what I needed to help me be more productive!
