The product arrived as it appears in photos by the manufacturer. Real, sturdy bamboo leaves that are great for making tea! It has a very subtle, but earthy flavor and would benefit with the addition of a sweetener. After drinking this with honey (and sometimes fresh oregano) for a little over a week, I began to notice that my fingernails were becoming as hard as knives, so much to the point that I had to cut them to prevent from scratching my young daughter. I definitely saw less hair breakage, and the texture has also become more "straw like"....that's the best way that I can describe it. It seems less brittle but not as soft/pliable, if that makes sense.This is my first time buying bamboo leaves so I have nothing to compare them to, but overall I like them and would probably buy them again. *Would also like to add that I have sensitive skin and tend to be allergic to some grasses, leaves, etc., and I did not find that I had an allergic reaction to this product UNTIL I added milk in on one occasion. I would say that I had some sort of dermatitis on my arm that lasted a few days, and was very itchy. I didn't see it again once it cleared and after I refrained from adding milk to the bamboo tea.

This product was fresh and great tasting. I love that it keeps my skin glowing.

Tasteless but I notice the past 2 times I had my cycle it was a breeze. No cramps like I’d normally experience, no nausea, no terrible face breakout. And I knew the only thing I was doing differently was drinking this tea for 1 week straight before my cycle... I am not sure if it’s the tea but it’s definitely my observation. Whether u drink it hot or cold it just has no taste lol put a lil sugar in and u can taste something lol it’s nice tho

Was excited to find sword tea available on Amazon and I should have known better..... Leaves aren't dried enough and takes far too many leaves and too much time to steep for very little flavor.

Not a lot of flavor

I bought this for my dad to help with his diabetes. He puts this one or two into his mug with hot water and drinks two or three times a day. It has little bitter taste of course but he loves to drink this and now it became his habit for every morning routine. My dad doesn’t take diabetes medicine b/c he’s in borderline but only thing he does is drink this as tea and he takes bitter melon pill as well. This product delivered on time and I think this is fair price too.

It's bearable but I would not drink for the taste. For medical purpose it's tiny as you can eat fresh bitter melon but not dried pieces. I switch back to drink Bitter Melon tea.

Made some tincture with the thuja and it works wonders
