Got this to bring on camping trips/snow-encased outings. Works great on all of them keeping my face and ears warm without any issues. Can wear it in multiple different styles giving it extra uses. Gave the Second one to a family member who lives in a desert area and they say it works great for them at night when temperatures crash! Wish it Had more color options but other than that easy to use and quite effective.

Well made balaclava Face Mask. Very thin material, so not wintertime head protection. The face can be fully open, or can be covered with the movable piece that flips from front to back. It can be adjusted to cover as much or as little of the face as you like.Works well with glasses or sunglasses.

Quality appears very good. Movable face cover feature is very nice. You can leave your face area open when desired, and then easily cover all but your eyes when needed (without having to pull on or bunch up like a standard balaclava). I have the version with the eyeglass slots - very nice feature!

I thought this would be fleece-lined, but it is a rather thin spandex instead. I live in Montana and don’t see this being warm enough in the winter. If I did use it to protect my face, I would have to wear a hat and scarf as well. It may be fine for high-exertion winter sports to stay protected and cool at the same time, like running or cross country skiing. Otherwise the quality is fine and it’s stretchy to fit many head sizes.

These are really comfortable and versatile. I like that you can choose to have the face shield on or off, and the fabric itself is cooling and moisture wicking. These get the job done, and are really convenient to have. I recommend!

I like the adjustable face mask feature ! Lightweight material that keeps your head protected from UV rays and dust ! Would make a great addition to your hunting gear, keeping those knats and mosquitos out of your ears !

I'm a professional real-bearded Santa so I have a very long beard most of the year. And I ride motorcycles long distance (just got back from a 5-week road trip). If you've ridden with a long beard, you know how this plays out.I've recently begun experimenting with lightweight neck gaiters and balaclavas for the purpose of beard (and hair) management. I live in Southern Arizona, so coolness and comfort are key factors:This item is well constructed out of seemingly decent material, and I'm sure it'll serve a lot of people very well.For my purposes, however (and this is just for MY purposes)...1. The material is much too tight a weave, doesn't let enough air flow through.2. The moveable mouthpiece is an unnecessary appendage that needs to be managed. Honestly it's just kind of a chore to get into place.3. It's too snug for me, making it even hotter, more uncomfortable, and makes my beard itch.I'm still giving this 4 stars since my needs are unusual. But it does say "Summer" so I have to take a star off.
