Health King Panax Ginseng Herb Tea, Teabags, 20 Count Box

The taste is good and the quality is good. This is as good of a Panax as you'll get anywhere else.

Individually packaged - I appreciate this. Strong ginseng flavor compared to other ginseng teas I've tried. Perfect as a supplement. 1-2 cups daily seems more than ample.

Some 20 years ago I regularly drank instant Ginseng tea as an alternative to standard teas with caffeine but somehow got out of that. I currently drink one cup of typical tea in the morning (black tea, mango tea, green/mint tea, etc) and one cup of coffee in the afternoon. Since all of these have caffeine I was looking for a caffeine free alternative and I thought back to my Ginseng tea days of the past. I tried the granular instant versions again but found them a little one dimensional in flavor; however, THIS tea in which Ginseng is blended with the Epimedium, Wolfberry and Jasmine Flower has a very nice, smooth exotic flavor. Also, being 20 years older and being very physically active I was looking for the health benifits that Ginseng is purported to provide. I haven't used it enough to report on that facet, yet. Also, take note that the flavor, while complex, is rather subtle so this tea doesn't have a strong flavor profile like a green, black or mint tea. I may come back and upgrade my rating to 5 stars once I can comment on the physiological effects it may provide. I highly recommend it as the best Ginseng tea I've had!

Nice tea, gives energy and is tasty on its own or mixed with flavors teas.

Surprising that the “herb” tea has green tea. Still good, but was looking for a caffeine free tea. Maybe should have read more
