First off don't get me wrong. This is a great item. Does what it's supposed to do. It arrived on time, the seller was top notch as far as customer service goes. The only issue that we have with it, is totally not the fault of the seller or manufacturer of the item. I just think it's a bit of good info for people looking to purchase the item.. I bought this for my 5 yr old grandson, who is playing flag football. He loves the look of the guard and it protects his entire mouth well. The issue is with the length of the bite plate. It's a little too long and it goes back to far into the back of his mouth and makes him gag. He's small like I said he's only 5 so I'm sure it'll be difficult to find a guard that will fit his mouth perfectly. Other than the issue with the length he absolutely loves it! Just something you might want to consider when looking for guards for such small mouths. We will be keeping the guard in hopes that when he's a bit older he'll be able to use it. Would definitely recommend the item to anyone above say 7 or 8.

we have gone through dozens of mouth guards for my three boys that are in flag football, and this has been the best one. If fits well for 8-11y, one of my sons can wear it with his braces, its comfortable and can easily breath through it!

My son is so excited to use his new piece. He is a tiger and the design fits perfect with his jersey.

My 9 year old said some pieces got chewed off easily when he got hit and bit down. Seems to do ok. He hasn't lost any teeth playing football.
